1. What is Sriram Imports?
Sriram Imports is a Wholesaler and Online Retailer for Indian groceries. We import the finest quality of the products from countries like India and Pakistan (Basmati rice only). Our goal is to procure the best quality products and sell directly to customers at a lower price than any other top branded retailers.
2. What is "DEVDAN"?
DEVDAN brand is trade mark registered with USPTA and owned by Sriram Imports. We import all the products on DEVDAN brand.
3. How is the quality of DEVDAN brand products guaranteed?
If you do not like the quality of any of the DEVDAN branded product, we will give you store credit for that product.
4. Can I buy Vegetables and Frozen Food from your online store?
NO, Sriram Imports sells only non-perishable products at this time.
5. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
An account is NOT required to place an order, however it is recommended to have an account and subscribe to our mailing list to receive future promotional emails.
6. Where are the orders shipped from?
All the orders are shipped from our warehouse located at 8325-E Arrowridge Blvd, Charlotte, NC - 28273.
7. What is the delivery time?
For Metro Charlotte Area: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
For UPS deliveries: We will process the order in 24 hrs. UPS truck will pick up the packages from Monday thru Friday (UPS doesn't pickup the orders on the weekends). Once UPS picks up the packages, it takes 2 -3 business days to deliver.
8. How is the shipping cost calculated?
UPS/FedEx calculates shipping charges based on order weight and distance from our warehouse.
Lighter the weight of the order, cheaper the shipping cost will be.
If the order weight exceeds 50 LBS (48 lbs of products + 2 lbs of box weight), the carrier considers the order as 2 packages and the shipping charges will almost be doubled.
9. How do I track my order?
All the orders out of the Metro Charlotte area are sent thru UPS Ground shipping. Once the order is dispatched, we will send the UPS tracking # to the registered email / phone number.
